The Registered Care Manager is a platform that connects care employers with care professionals across residential, elderly, and home care settings in the UK. We are not an employment agency and do not act as an intermediary employer for either party.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Employers are responsible for verifying that any care professional they hire meets the legal, regulatory, and safeguarding requirements applicable to their care setting, including but not limited to relevant background checks. Care professionals are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their qualifications, experience, and availability as listed on their profile.
The Registered Care Manager does not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by users and is not responsible for verifying credentials, qualifications, or suitability for any role.
Any applicable fees for using the Platform will be clearly displayed prior to payment. All payments are processed securely through our designated payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The Registered Care Manager is not a party to any employment, contractor, or engagement relationship formed between an employer and a care professional through the Platform. Any such relationship is solely between the employer and the care professional.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of The Registered Care Manager or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Registered Care Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of employment, loss of earnings, or damages arising from interactions between users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
